In possession of excellent project
management and facilitation skills, they have expertise in
concepts such as balanced scorecard, activity based costing /
management, process re-engineering, six sigma, total quality management,
just-in-time, benchmarking, beyond budgeting and strategy focused
forecasting.
IT Consultants
Our IT Consultants are business benefit
oriented. They understand that managers need systems to deliver meaningful
management information, quickly and easily.
They have experience in working with
various database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, MSDE and
InterBase. Their skills encompass SQL script, report building, ODBC, and
OLAP/BI technologies.
Accountants
Our Accountants are expert Finance people. They
know how to translate general ledger data into management information that
executives and line managers can use to make insightful, effective decisions.
Beyond their business degree, they are
typically qualified as Chartered Accountants, CPAs or with CIMA.

Key
responsibilities
shall include:

Applications support - Balanced,
Scorecard, ABC, Process Mgt. OLAP/BI,
Web Apps.
• Database
analysis - SQL Server, MSDE & Oracle.

Integrating with source systems, such as
ERP systems, data warehouses, MS Excel
etc
• Creating regular reports & writing
ad-hoc queries
• Business & data analysis
• Implementations & data migration
• Designing OLAP models & working with
MS Analysis
You hold a tertiary IT
qualification, & have at least 2 years
experience in a similar role & the
following skills:
• Proficiency in writing SQL
• Designing
OLAP models or using a Business
Intelligence tool

Experience in Windows Networking
You understand database design
principles, & are a pro-active thinker,
who can provide quick, innovative
solutions to clients.
You have great communication skills &
the motivation to provide the best
possible solutions for your clients.
