ABC Workshop - Date TBA

Traditional costing relies on allocations that can mis-state results significantly, sometimes by a factor of 25% or more! Activity Based Costing (ABC) is a common sense approach that provides managers with reliable product, channel, customer profitability information, and understanding of how processes drive those results.  In the workshop you will create your own ABC model. Later you will be able to use our system to analyse your own organisation’s performance back in your office.

Time: 9.00am-5.00pm
Where:
3 Spring Street, Sydney
